About TLMC Project:
The Organic Chemistry Resources project was started in the early 1994. It was initiated and developed independently
and soley by Dr. Yue-Ling Wong and Ching-Wan Yip, originally as an organic
chemistry resource aimed to provide learning and teaching organic chemistry
materials on the net. This project is an independent project, that is,
it is NOT part of or under any other project. As this project developed,
we have developed more and more chemical education materials which are
not limited to organic chemistry any more. So, we decided to extend the
content of the Organic Chemistry Resources to include the other areas of
chemistry. In December 1995, we renamed this project to The
Learning Matters of Chemistry.

Background
